Hi my name is Regan I have a Goliath bird eater T. Blondi. It's about 2 and a half inches long. I have some questions for other keepers of this spider. How often do you feed them, I was told 6 crickets a week but the way she eats that doe not seem like much. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Regan,

My general rule is that you cannot overfeed a T if it is still eating. However, six crickets seems a bit much for a 2-1/2" spider. Even for a blondi (or a stirmi). I would cut it in half but everyone has their own views on feeding or "power feeding". Of course the size of the crickets are also a factor.
