I did see a news story the other day that someone in Sainsbury's found a tarantula in the fruit and veg.. Policy is to destroy anything that is found but one of the employees took it home.. Now that's a lucky find

We do have funnel Web spiders in the UK but they are not black they have peppered markings and belong to the agelenidae genus I believe?Are secter spiders really that black ? Looks like a funnel web
