I have smol baby Caribena (too young).
Holconia murrayensis with leg span side to side that has 8cm now and Amazonius Germanii confirmed female that is pretty big.

I wanted to buy them final terrariums. My immediate pick is 20x20x40. I can order 20x30x40. But space on my shelf is limited. For those 3 I planned to go no bigger than 20x30x40 since my shelf is only 60cm long. And once Holconia dies. Faster than others unfortunately I want to buy another arboreal t. My first choice was Pookie Metallica but price and size of that spider won't be good for 20x20x40 or 20x30x40. I know I am pushing it with Caribena with that terrarium. If anyone has an idea speak up. ️

I could go for 30x30x40 for 2 arboreals but then I would lose space for another one. I already calculated stuff wrong and one spider will be problematic to fit.

Another question I have is: can you put a 20x20x20 cute (pentaloris) on top of one 30x30x20 or on top of 2 30x30x20.

Or maybe I can stack 2 30x30x20 on top of each other? Ventilation will suffer like that tho.

I could just buy glass with just front ventilation and stack it on top putting a rag between them or some sponge.

The problem is I do not know if they can hold each other without breaking.

8 x 8 x 12" is usually the standard that will work best.
I feel bad about wasting 10cm of space that I can get with the 20x30x40. Arboreals need vertical space after all and wouldn't poecilotheria Metallica be too big adult for 20x20x40?

I'm thinking adult all spiders. I will move them especially holconia since she looks so uncomfortable in there at this point.

You mean the faunariums it the normal glass ones? Because of I can put my geniculate on top of another that would be great. And in the end I want everything to be glad enclosures

I meant the glass ones. I had two 30x20x20cm on top of each other for years.

There should be no problem as long as nothing knocks the top one off.
That's great people here told me that 30x30x20 is enough for a. Geniculata. But different sites say different things. For now she is quite small but I would like to have her in the last glass already. My max is 35x30x40 space if I want her to be able to fit next to another spider. Should I change her enclosure to 35x30x30 from 30x30x20?

She is very swollen now and you can see new body popping out. She is moulting every 90-110 days now.

The enclosure you posted for her once was ideal, looked really good.
Yeah but once in a while I walk around internet and search for information and considering she will grow to pretty big sizes, wouldn't she feel cramped? I was also thinking that if she grows bigger to change the enclosure look inside so the hide is on the size with entrance front and then just lots of empty space to the side.

I also had to move the moss since she decided she hates it. I put it under the water dish and she is not moving it.

If you do something similar with the larger size, I think it could work out great.
I am only asking because I am not sure if I will have to change it or not. While I only have one enclosure I can put some other spider in this one. Looking at the information I gathered Lasiocyano Sazimai even if small needs a 30x30x20. So I could keep it for her and buy Pissy (Genic) biugger one when she grows tiny bit more.

Do the terrariums have to have bototm one without top sided ventilation to stack well? They are probably all 5mm thick glass.

Because of the way the air vent is fitted there will be a gap between it and the container above.
