Does 3" sound sort of small for a 6-year-old T?

I know I posted a question about my T's size some time ago, but I can't wait for her to grow up! :p The thing is, I've been doing some research and I'm hearing that a lot of Ts are much bigger at this age. Maybe she was fed less rather than more before I got her? I'm pretty sure about her age; I contacted the dealer and was told she hatched in 2007, so that makes her 6. But she's such a little thing. So the title says it all: Does 3" sound rather small for a 6-year-old? She's a B. smithi, by the way. Thanks!

like it has been said B. smithi are notorious slow growers, but that is also why they are also longer live than other T's some species are slow grower some are fast growers like LP are literally weeds. other things can change growth as well like feeding and temperature IE feeding more and keeping a T warmer will usually make them grow faster and vice versa.
