C. Versicolor help!

I've had my C. Versicolor for roughly 1 month. And as of 3/21 it's showing slight death curling, went to the bottom of their enclosure and lost a leg? I didn't notice until I moved them into a more ventilated, easier to observe enclosure that they were missing a leg. Their slow moving and still on the ground, also drinking some water. I know that this could be caused by dehydration or low ventilation. Their was also some mold beginning to form at the bottom (which is why I switched the enclosures on 3/22)

Their still a really small sling, maybe 1" DLS. And my first arboreal. And tips or advice would be very appreciated

Can you post some pics of the spider and entire setup?
After that it will be easier to assess you're situation.

Avics (including Caribena Ybapoyra and all that) aren't like any other arboreal, they solely live up high. Most others that setup is fine as they will just live on and under that cork bark. For you're Versi you have absolutely nothing at the top of the enclosure. It needs loads of hiding places up top. Get a piece of cork bark that runs to nearly the top and attach fake plants to the top of it so it's all basically touching the top of the enclosure. These will do fine on basically dry substrate. In that enclosure I would provide at least 2 water dishes one on the ground at the base of the cork bark and try attach one half way up the enclosure somewhere.

I fully understand that it needs to be high up, the set up i have right now is a rushed enclosure and I don't have many supply's at the moment. Even so, my T shouldn't be on the ground or curling up and I need help to understand why

That is the reason why.
The enclosure is quite big for that spider too.

The fact it doesn't have this type or simmilar setup it will feel exposed, as mentioned before it's not like other arboreal T's, these solely live up high and you don't have anywhere up high for it to go.

Avicularia/Caribena: How to create an enclosure for slings.

Enclosure is way too big in my opinion. Setups like these do better for well established spiders like juvies and sub adults. The rock in the water dish; it doesn't help at all. The tarantula will not drown if that's what you're worried about. You also do not need to spray like that, as long as you have a proper sized enclosure with adequate ventilation and a water dish.

Try dripping water into its mouth area. If it is dehydrated, it will need this treatment. Have you had pesticides sprayed outside, or any chemicals near the vicinity of the tarantulas enclosure?
