It is a female. The picture is from the outside. When you want to see the sex you have to look at the inside of the skin. When you see the hairs you are on the wrong side: Turn it around.

Thank You, you think I'd of figured that out "if you can see hairs your looking at the wrong side" unfortunately I don't have the molt anymore but it was good practice for future attempts.. Thanks for All the Great Feedback
