I've heard good things about red runners, they're cricket sized, not too hard shelled, and they trigger attacks pretty well with all the darting around. Some folks swear by them. I've got 125 coming to start a colony, so I'll have dubia plus runners for the ones that only reluctantly take dubia..like my P metallica, who quite the spoiled little picky princess. mine too but thats alright for now, shes such a little Diva I'll tolerate them for her ^^
