Greetings Everyone,
My name is Shane and I am the new owner of a Costa Rican Striped Knee, or Zebra Tarantula (Aphonopelma seemanni). Her name is Juliette! This is my first arachnid and I am excited about the experience. I look forward to many discussions on keeping tarantulas and to meeting a number of like-minded people.

Welcome to the forum shane, great first T too, nice to see someone switch it up and actually get a seemanni as a first T. Most people go with a g.porteri or b.albo for a first T. Don't get me wrong both are great starters and so are many others but I I have a soft spot for a.seemanni and just don't see them as often as used to.
