White balls in the water dish...

What in the world are they? I was thinking mite eggs, but I have no idea what those look like (and I saw on another thread that the water actually drowns them).

i have noticed it once befor i cleaned out the dish and they were no more i think it may be poop .. but just a guess my avic poops white dots on the glass
