When to rehouse?

Hello all,
I have 3 Ts that I think soon I will need to rehouse them in permanent enclosure.
P regalis aroud 3.5 to 4 inch
Caribena versi aroud 3 inch
M balfouri 3.5 inch
I will wait one more molt and after I will rehouse.
When is the right time in your opinion?

Looks that way....when you rehouse him take a good picture while he's in a catch cup.

P.s. I always call them male until I know they are female for sure. This way I'm never upset if I get a female.
