Ok...that's just cute. :) So tiny. I suppose I wouldn't be so scared of it at that size...lol Just at the dinner plate size. I may need to eventually get one of these, and hopefully, I'll become accustomed to it as it grows and it won't be so bad when it's mature...haha Thx for the pic!!

Where's the pic of your new addition?
My new addition? I still don't have a great pic of it...and it runs into the burrow pretty fast when I try to remove the lid. BUT...I'll post a crappy pic for you that I got yesterday...of it's butt, in the hide, through the slightly opaque side of the enclosure! :) Gotta go get on my other device, tho... Next post....

Nothing does a T justice like seeing it in person but I'm picky about the pics I post so I see where your coming from. I look forward to seeing tomorrow's pic

Ok you where right top off is a way better pic of spawn but I still think your T is just stunning! :)
Thanks! Yes...way better pic with the top off.:)

I wish I knew what sex it is...but I don't intend to mess with it for a while. That is one aggro T! It's a little unnerving to have a T that is (depending on the individual) so evil! hahaha Are you familiar with Jon3800's vids on YouTube? I LOVE them & have seen all 135 of them...very informative on ALL things re: T's, especially observing T behavior. He's a big nerd (in my house, that's a compliment! :D), and his vids are invaluable, IMO, to the new T keeper. Anyway, the reason I ask is because I have a video I can point you to of the usual crazy-mean temperament of the P. cancerides. Check this out:
Go to 2:00 in & watch. He has three specimens (Isabella, Jezebel & a new MM, David) & the third one, David, actually charges Jon. Rears up, climbs out of the enclosure, runs down the bedspread right towards him! lol!! I decided that very day I would have one of these at some point. :D I find their "evil" attitude endearing, somehow. I must be insane. o_O lol

Enjoy the vid!

Yep, me too! Jon and RobC are the most responsible for getting me into T collecting. They have done more for the hobby than we know, probably. They just have a way of making the T's seem really interesting, personable and worthy of care and respect. Very cool guys. I wonder where RobC went, tho. He hasn't made a new video in ages.:(

Yes...David's escape was hysterical! I bet Jon nearly poo'd himself...lol...but I had a great time watching it! There are even more P. cancerides "fun times" buried in those vids. That species is, seriously, the only T I actually belly laugh at. That's worth owning one.:T:
