What roaches to feed

What cockroaches can you feed to tarantulas? I want to raise them at home as a constant food supply.

B dubia are cheap, very easy to raise, and care for.

Quick question, which is more ideal, to feed your T with small sized pray with more frequent feeding or in bulk but rarely?

never feed more than one prey item at a time.

so as long as he takes in the food, it's ok to feed the T? I've been giving her one of those small lizards that are so abundant here in the Philippines once per day since she went out of hiding for 6 weeks.
