What do you use to gut load crickets

What do you guys use for gut loading crickets for tarantulas. I use fish food flakes and oatmeal what are some other things that you guys use. Any help will be appreciated

Oranges work well,butternuts and some other natural choices. I do know the oatmeal works, since we use it with roaches as well. Its nice to use fruits that contain a lot of juice,like the oranges I mentioned say apples etc. I would always just check uneaten food,get rid of it to avoid other nasties breeding out.

I usually use a mixture of dog food, cat food, and grind it up. I also keep veggies in there. The veggies vary depending on what I have.

I use dog food, oats, veggies, and locally available fruits.. but i found out they love this best...
