Westlands top soil concern

I've used this brand before for my T's and snake but I bought a bad recently and I found little bits of green stuff in it, mixed in with the soil, it's like a green charcoal/chalk or something, breaks up easily when you touch it...anyone no anything about it?

Could be a clump of fertilizer or gypsum that was added to soften the clay
