Bought from them one time in the past, got my first DOA shipment in today. All items purchased from them were inverts, all items are packed the same.
Picked it up at a FedEx location and had a DOA tarantula. The package was horribly packed, they do not use the secure paper towel method like other vendors. Instead, spiders come in large vials of substrate that allow the slings to be moved around a ton. I do tons of deals yearly with other vendors and none of them pack animals like this company does. It's almost like they don't care at all, and just threw them in a box from their stock shelf.
These guys do not refund for DOA's to your original credit card method, they only offer a credit toward your next order. You expect them to pack your order up without issue to arrive to your location safely, like a professional company would. As many say in the Google reviews, the staff are not professional at all. Be warned that this company totally sucks. I will be issuing a chargeback with my card company.
