I have a 2" unsexed Indian Violet for $60 + shipping ($30) Not sure how International shipping costs. Never shipped international before.

How much trouble is it to obtain a license? Can they be used to purchase individual T's or do you need to buy in bulk (which I heard of from somewhere?)?
