As long as she isn't damaged internally, she could probably survive until the next molt. I don't know if having no legs on one side will make it hard for the T to cast off her next molt.

Hopefully she pulls through. Don't worry about it until the day it comes. For now, let her harden up and try to offer prekilled, crushed up food. I would keep her in a bare setup or ICU just to prevent any accidents with it trying to move around with half its legs.
