Tliltocatl vagans vs Tliltocatl kahlenbergi

I've been wondering, what's the
difference between a Tliltocatl vagans
and a Tliltocatl kahlenbergi? Because the
latter is what I supposedly have but all
the care and husbandry I find online is
about the former. Are they one in the
same? Thank you!

The following lists them as Brachypelma, as it's 2 to 3 years out of date. But the following lists the identification criteria for both the Vegans, (page 34) & the Kahlenbergi, (page 28.) It also has image identification for all the red abdomen Brachy's on page 21/22.
