It is indeed possible. There was a very cool thread on AB (I think it's linked up there) about this. It takes a long, long time, but well worth it.

There is a story about a T named "Pat's Miracle". One can find some info online about it. The original thread with complete documentation is lost, sadly.

The spider was found as a wasp was dragging it. Wasp was shooed off, spider collected, and given to a very dedicated person who nursed it for a looooong time. Treatment involved 'cricket/roach soup", water being put directly into the spider's mouth. "Physical therapy" was also part of the treatment... moving the legs, etc.

This spider very slowly made it to a successful molt, maturing into a beautiful, paralysis-free male. 4 years after being found, Pat's Miracle passed away.
