Another coco fiber checking in.

I've tried mixing it with vermiculite and reptisoil I had laying around. It made zero difference.

I think it is worth mentioning that all my tarantulas are new world terrestrials although a couple of them might as well be fossorial.

Don't like coco fiber though at first used it exclusively. I like Biodudes Terra Areanea but not the cost! Want to start making my own but I don't really trust the so called organic top soils on the market. If someone knows something that they trust in organic topsoil give me a shout. Dirt can get to be expensive when filling big,big enclosures!! Happy Spoodering!!!

Same. I'll only use coco mixed with reptisoil. The biodudes soil mixes are great, only soil I'll use is his for my frogs. If I have leftover I'll add it with my T's.

Yeah the Dude got good stuff. Usually buy the Terra Areanea in bulk and get the free shipping. Helps some but good expensive dirt!! Lol.

I do a mix of coco fibre , soil, multi -purpose compost ,peat moss . but not always all of them in same mix .
This is the way I would like to go but I read up on the so called organic top soils and seems they are not completely free of chemicals of some sort. If I knew a brand someone was using, but more importantly trust, I would follow a similar mix. The brood is getting big and filling big enclosures with Terra Areanea is expensive!

One user over at AB named @coldblood uses Earthgro natural topsoil.
