If you are tong feeding, Dubias are a great source of food. I find they tend to burrow in the substrate quickly though. Only downside that I have seen to date.

I can't get Dubias anywhere, and until I get a new motor for my car, I'm stuck with my Chevrolegs. There aren't even any pet stores in walking distance from me.

Crush their heads and drop them by the T. They won't burrow and they'll still kick and twitch enough to draw attention to themselves
