Strange Moult - Is this okay? 5 year old Rosea. Has been eating fine, been about 2 weeks.

Is it just that piece of the old exoskeleton that is stuck? If so try using a soft brush moistened with water to gently ease it off.
As long as she's eating and moving around ok she may well brush it off herself but otherwise she will discard it with her next moult.
