could be you're looking too much into it (we all do that from time to time bc we love our pets). Also I would personally stop "trying" his temperament every day - why? there is no need and it just stresses the T out which could be why you got a threat pose- the sperm webs i have seen my males make are very thick - come to think of it so are molt mats. this looks more like the trip lines just like Entity suggested.

I try his temperament to find out how he is feeling and to know when to handle him which i never did because he is angry at me :) I'll stop if that stress him out. So this trip lines he did.. only males do that or females too?

Normal territorial patrolling. Laying trip lines, checking out the grounds, hunting prey. At this size gender ID is very easy. Next molt will guarantee gender, but a good picture focused underneath and between the book lungs can be sexed easily at this size.

Poking it daily is definitely stressing it out. I just went through this argument with my son lol. Would you like to be prodded every day to see how your mood is? ;)

Agree that those are trip lines for sensing prey. Molt mats are tightly webbed, easy to identify, or at least it was with my son's GBB on her last molt.

its a little harder to tell a molt mat with a GBB i think. lol mine has thick webbing all over the place in her enclosure.

so does mine :) the only molt mat i've seen, or been able to see rather, is the molt she did right after we rehoused her in her current enclosure. it was up on a leaf though and stood out.
