Some enclosures I made

I made these from clear plastic shoe boxes that I bought at The Container Store. I added vents, hinges, and latches.

The small ones cost me under $10 for all the parts, and the large ones under $20. I like the fact that they're low and have secure lids. I've made 3 small ones and I'm going to make a second large one soon.

How do you install the vents? I have been thinking about purchasing vent, but not sure how to cut nice accurate holes in the containers.

I cut them with a dremel tool with an all purpose bit. It's a little tricky.

I now have future rehousing projects to build for my terrestrial Ts. I really like the look of these. May I ask,where did you purchase the plastic hardware from?

I am planning to make the same too... I already bought some Glossy clear plastic shoe box but its hard to find those air vents and plastic hinges here... I guess it will direct me to ebay or amazon again just for those missing materials I need...
