Smartphone connectable Terrarium for Tarantula

Hello,
My name is George Paliouras and I am 17 years old. With a few of my classmates we have created a smartphone connectable Terrarium, in which you can control lighting and watch temperature and humidity values. The app we have made is both for iOS and android phones. We are thinking of launching it in the market. We started this project as a school project, but the outcome is above any expectation. We would like a lot any feedback or ideas, so to make it better!

We are tarantula and generally insects lovers. We have 3 tarantulas, one brachypelma albopilosum, one Psalmopoeus rim. and one Brazilian white knee.

Looks interesting. For me it needed to come in different terrarium sizes. Would I buy it? Depends on the price to be honest. When I started the hobby my concern always was the temperature and humidity. Not so much the light. I hope you get a lot more comments on your project. This is good for all terrariums and I would probably use it for my poison arrow frogs... Good luck!

We’re estimating that the final price will be around 50$. To avoid any misunderstanding, with this terrarium you can control the lighting conditions and watch (not control yet) the temperature and humidity (T-H ) values. It is based on an IoT (internet of things) platform that we have created and you can control it from far away. If you have internet connection you can control lighting and watch T-H values from everywhere!

You should target the reptile market. I've got over 400 tarantulas and temperature, humidity, and lighting are not a concern for me. I do have my tarantula room lights on a timer though. I think your design would work good for reptiles however.
