My beautiful Omothymus schioedtei (formerly Cyriopagopus schioedtei), Tigger has died.

He came to me in mid August 2014

From then he filled every container with web and substrate until his last home. He matured in February this year and although I tried to find a breeder that needed his services, I'm pleased now that he ended his days with me as it was so short a time He was very active over the last few weeks but last night he had settled in the corner of his tank and was half curled, tonight he has gone so his end has been very quick thank goodness, I would hate to have watched him suffer.

My very last photo of him taken just a week ago

RIP Tigger

@Entity Thank you. He wasn't visible very often but he fascinated me the way he constructed his home, an amazing T.

It's so hard when they die at least with Tigger I was expecting it just not quite so soon.

Indeed it is, but at least they can meet up in spider heaven and say hello to each other now. ..... Sully 2.0 meet Tigger, my Dad know's your Mum, we talk "on the web" ☺

What a lovely thought :)
Well at least the day is ending better than it started. My other GBB (Sully 3.0) was in fine pose mode so she is up on the gallery and my A. Versicolor just Moulted too.
