My Cyriopagopus sp. 'HatiHati' has had a bad moult so I want to put it into an 'ICU.' Whats the best way to remove just the spiderling with none of the substrate without causing too much stress to the little guy?

Just leave him be. Fewer and fewer keepers are using ICU's. Its unnecessary added stress.
