Phlogius Sp tarantula and Selenotypus Sp Australian.

Hi guys. I was wondering about the molt process how I know when each individual tarantula is about to molt or has molted with both species. The phlogius SP is about 3 years old and the selentypus is about 6 years I think. I've attached a photo of the selentypus cheers!

There are couple indicators if they are about to molt. if they r missing hairs on their abdomens and it is getting darker then that is a sign. and if they refuse food for a while is another indicator.
