She's eating a cricket here. I briefly go into what you need to do to keep this species happy and demonstrate the temperment.
Generally you shouldn't tap on the glass unless you're doing cage maintenance and don't want a feeding response. She's a very "pouncy" spider but neither is defensive or aggressive.
Overall the temperment is very similar to a Lasiodora of similar size. Usually she's out in plain sight, not all that light sensitive either when eating.
