Just got done with my p. Regalis set up. My only regret is no real cross ventilation, but it does have top and bottom. Other than that I’m very happy with it.

That looks good to me. Cross ventilation is more a term, than a reality. As, if you think about it, the average room has no ability to move air within an enclosure. What I like, is air able to enter, in more than one location.

I generally add ventilation holes to acrylic (etc.) Enclosures that lack ventilation. But in reality that does not aid cross ventilation. It just makes me feel like fresh air gets all around the enclosure. Your ventilation is more than adequate.
