All arrived safely this morning but with a bonus.

First is P.sp. baeri, named Data, another dwarf to add to my collection.

Then a T. gigas, Cayenne

Lastly is my little surprise freebie, C. elegans with no name as yet and sooooo tiny but very lively.

Ooh, congrats on the new spids and what a nice surprise.
My T. gigas looked like that when it came. Cute!

Is the P. Sp. Baeri fully grown? If so, we get bigger house spiders, lol.

Thank you. It was a lovely surprise and I've named it Mendo, similar to a Jumbie my other C. elegans.

The P. sp. Baeri isn't quite full grown but they only get to around 2'' so not far off.

Having seen how much web the T. gigas had made, all on the lid of the vial I decided that it was going to make life easier for me to rehouse now rather than later, so today I have moved it into a small cube. I felt very guilty after it had done so much work but I would have had problems watering and feeding it in the vial whereas the cube lid can be lifted slightly at one edge. It also has room for more cork and plant for it to web and it now has a water bowl.

Glad they arrived safe and you got some good photos as well,I had to go away with my work for a few days and wasn't there for the arrival of mine,so my son had to rehouse them for me so I haven't managed to get any decent pics of them yet,but at least they've settled in okay...
