New T Advice

Hi Guys, I'm a T keeping novice, new to the hobby.

However, after getting my first Grammastola Rosea I now want another, I've short listed to

Green Bottle blue or
Costa Rican tiger rump


I would appreciate any advice on ease of keep please, il obviously do research but sometimes advice from others sinks in better than internet pages,

G. rosea are definitely a gate way tarantula . I would say GBB 100%. Great looking, excellent eaters, faster growing than Rosies, and very hardy. Keep it the same way you would your Rosie. They are skittish especially when they're young, so not really a T for handling. You will not regret getting one.

Hi there.
I agree with HungryGhost. GBB are stunning spiders and easy to keep. They are not fussy eaters and they spin amazing webs. Truly the one of the most interesting tarantulas I own. I feel a GBB is a must for every tarantula collection.
