In answer to your question, nope, you should never try to interfere in a molt, unless the spider is clearly finished and flipped over, and still has molt attached. Then you know its stuck. I can imagine trying to pull the exo off of a soft molting tarantula could only end badly. I've moistened a gbb leg once, to help her get a stuck leg piece off. That's after she flipped over and hardened up.

leave him, never mess with a T during molt. They're not meant to be handled, especially not while molting.

He looks like he wants to move badly that's why I'm asking to put him on his front or back? or just leave him I'm not sure

Leave him alone. The more you pester him the more you will stress him and make the situation worse.

Alright then no worries will do that's true that, why does he keep moving his leg like he wants to move? and I'm not sure if he's still molting or recovering? he's still alive and moving abit more with his leg so I think he may be recovering slowly, all I can do is just leave him then really and hope he recovers!

He really seems like he wants to move by moving his leg a lot but you told me to leave him do you think that's the best choice? I'm just sat here watching him trying to move it looks like I'm not liking it at all really

I can't believe it is still alive after over 2 weeks like this!! Is there any way you can get better pictures or even video of the T? Have you been giving it water?

Yeah I know I can't believe it either it's crazy really! I feel so bad he's been like this for so long tho:/ I could take a video if you can send videos on here no problem you'll see him moving his leg quite abit It's confusing, plenty of water like someone on here said to me is to try cotton buds rubbing it gently on him and I do that ever so often not to much! is there anything else I could try to make him recover faster or not? If he is still alive now more alive then before he may have a chance of recovering shally?

Is he still inside of the old exo? Is he half-way out of the exo? I'm quite confused. If he has already shed he could be moving his legs to stretch, and if he's still inside of the old molt he could be moving to get it off. Just don't touch him.

Are you talking about water on cotton buds to help remove the molt her? I think the previous post was to mention the need to rehydrate the T as they need to do that following a molt. Normally they can make it to an open water dish to rehydrate but that is not the case here so use a pipette or syringe to drop some water droplets onto the fangs so it can hopefully take on some fluids. Good luck with hopefully the T recovering. Do all this without touching or movin BTW.
