mysterious red dot

I have a t blondi with what looks like a red brusing on its abdomen can anyone tell me what it is what it could be from how bad it is and how to fix it i dont want to lose him

Maybe it's a cyst,btw isnt that a T.stirmi (it doesnt seem to have hairs on the front legs)

I was told it was a t blondi but you could be right. If it is a cyst will it harm the tarantula and will it heal or go away after molt.

I'm not 100% sure as I'm viewing this on my phone and can't get a good look but it could be a small abrasion from excessive hair kicking if that's the case it will clear up with the next molt,I have also noticed that there looks to be some white like fungus stuff on the T as well this could indicate that it's been kept with too much moisture and not enough air circulation in the enclosure.....

If your talking about the tarantulas back thats water droplets i took photo just after misting

Yeah that's what I was talking about its just that it looked white to me on my phone,when misting the enclosure you should try not to spray the tarantula at all,what I do instead of spraying is to sprinkle water randomly over the substrate to keep it moist,I also forgot to say in my last post that ducaknik is correct and your T looks to be a T.strimi and not a blondi I will try and post some photos later of the two so you can see the difference for yourself....

I have a self mister that does my enclosures it helps cause they need a high humidity and i work long hours and i tend to forget to spray. this system seems to work
