My Sweet Arizona Blonde (APHONOPELMA CHALCODES) has a health issue... can anyone help me possibly identify and suggest a treatment for her?

I noticed my female AB had a weird little raised spot on the front of her carapace near her eyes a couple months ago. It has definitely gotten worse as you can see by the pics. She has been eating and still moving around quite a bit and so curious and sweet. I feel really bad and hope somebody might know of something I can dab on the spot possibly? I was hoping she would molt but they take forever to molt it seems. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
