Ok so I bought a pinktoe that it about 1.5 years old. It’s my first tarantula and I’ve had it for just over 6 months. I am worried because I have never found a molt in its enclosure. It has been eating well and I just want to know what’s going on. Can anyone help?

What's its size? Age is just a number for T's. Size is more indicative of things. There are several potential reasons.
For example, It could just have molted and hid the old molt in an obscure corner (I had a P. regalis that web her molt completely over the cork bark - I would not have known it was there if I had not seen it webbing the molt up).
Or it could just be taking its sweet time. I have had some cases going a whole year without molting. Generally the bigger the T, the less frequent it will molt.

How often do you feed it? What size of prey? I don't tend to worry too much if a T is eating well.

Also, post a pic. "Pinktoe" can be many species. It's easier for you to google about care / issues if you know the scientific name.

It is about 5 inches and I feed it 1-2 inch long prey at least twice a week. It is an avicularia Metallica
That is an adult so its not molting in 6 months is completely understandable. That is likely a female too since most male would mature before reaching that size.
"At least twice a week" is too often for an adult. For that size prey, twice a week or even once a week (just watch the abdomen size).
And btw, Avicularia metallica is now considered a color morph of Avicularia avicularia. Not that it makes any diff in terms of care.
