My GBB has sealed himself in the corner of his enclosure

My GBB who is currently in premolt has webbed a solid tube in the top corner of his enclosure, he has also been very lethargic, am I doing something wrong and how can I help? (the hole was not there until I opened the top of the enclosure)

I was told not to disturb or feed my Ralphie, only water. I did as told and 85 days later he is out and beautiful. It was not easy to do but they were right.

Yes it is hard, but I think it gets easier every time especially after such a long absence.
