Yea i had the same problem when she was younger. Now I can see her everyday, and she has a bunch of places to hide she just chooses to stay outside. When I put her in a brand new enclosure I put her enclosure in a plastic bin with ventilation of course but the point was that she was in the dark for at least for two in a half weeks then I took her out and by that time she webbed out her enclosure very nicely and now I guess since she did, she feels comfortable outside her hides.
Lol yea they can be scary but don't let that stop you if anything you can get a obt sling very small and work your way upOBT's are so stunning but I am not brave enough to own one.
