Molt trouble?

Do tarantulas not get their Pedipalps till adult good? Or is it just a cases of a bad molt? I have a pink toe that just molted and turned from the black and orange to the bluish purple. So I was just confused and if I should be worried or will they just regenerate next molt? Also she fine now about 3 days since. Any help greatly appreciated. Pics are before and after

Avicularia go through many color changes before adulthood. Your spider has a few molts before its mature male or female.
