If you buy that Stirmi and take it home, enjoy it, love it, cherish it for all eternity, just think my eye balls were already on it :D just playing. I hope we both get lucky.

The tarantula beef cracks me up :D:)
I would certainly like to own one but I have a 6 or 7 species I would like before a Stirmi so best case scenario we both get what we want. I am hoping to get a little more established Tarantula and not just a sling. At least 3-4 inches and hopefully female.

Yeah man I don't blame you. Here's the order I got my T's

G.porteri
A.chalcodes
L.parahybana
B.vagans
A.seemanni
B.albopilosum
E.murinus

I have multiple slings subs and adults of these T's and the craziest I have is the A.seemanni. every T has its own personality, so best thing to do is get a T that's requires alittle more humidity and you got it!

Nice! So far I have a Chromatopelma Cyaneopubescens, Brachypelma Smithi, Lasiodora Parahybana, Poecilotheria Striata, and a Hysterocrates Gigas. I got 4 of those as slings though and the latter 3 this past week so they are very small. Got the GBB last August as an inch and a half sling and now it’s around 2.5 to 3 inches. What I need is a larger T to add to the collection so I have a great display T in my T room.

Very nice collection. I want a juvie gbb! Their beautiful! And the webbing!
I’m certainly far from an expert in this hobby but I think I can even say, if you are a Tarantula enthusiast whatsoever, you NEED a GBB! It’s that simple lol. They are gorgeous and and are great for many things. Their coloration is stunning, they produce a ton of web which is cool to watch and due to this they are an active species, and they are fantastic eaters which is always a pleasure to watch. Possibly the only knock is they don’t grow to a huge size, around 5” to 6” max from what I’ve heard but that could be a plus for some people as well. I think they are perfect!

I know what you mean. It’s crazy how different all the species are from one another. It’s also crazy that I’m in this hobby to begin with because I am an arachnophobe. Always have been scared ever since I got bit by a large garden spider when I was 7-8 years old. But I’ve always been super intrigued by them as well. I’m working through it and I feel like I’m getting better.
