There are some great books available, but I don't know anything about ebooks.
If you are ready to spend some bucks in recent books anyway, you could do worse than pic up one of these (but they are expensive):
- Verdez JM et al., "Tarantulas, breeding, experience & wildlife" (2015)
- Teyssie Fr, "Tarantulas of the world - Theraphosidae" (2015)
As have been said, the Schultz is unavoidable (he's working on a 4th edition). And Michael Jacobi has also done a great little book about husbandry.
