Just for future reference, where can you get hot and cold packs?

Besides the 'Net, where can you purchase heat/cool packs appropriate for shipping? Will a post office carry them, as in for perishable stuff?

I know that places like Sports Authority or Sport Chalet will have heat packs.
Cold packs are a bit more complicated. I'd try Home Depot and Walmart first... but I'm not positive.
Anyone else care to chime in?
