I would say its up to Josh,but being a mod doesn't mean its fun. You have to be on a lot,not be biased at all. Give guidance where possible,scrutinise posts and judge by merit. Keeping the forum clean,so all members may enjoy equally. At the moment we are 3 moderators,and Josh is Admin if the site grows even more I guess he will add more moderators.
