Is this normal?

This is my A. Genic, Misha. They're about 2inch DLS. I've had them for a little over a year now and they've molted about 2 times with me. I was assuming they've been in pre molt, we're approaching almost 8 months since last molt, which seems odd with their growth rate. I noticed the under side of their abdomen seems really slouchy yet almost crusty looking. It's this a regular looking booklung area? Seems strange to me, I've not seen it look this way before. Hopefully the pics convey what I'm talking about

Do you have water dish? Maybe it's just dehydration? Did she try to moult and failed?

Yes, i have a water dish and I spritz the moss semi regularly. They've not attempted to molt since may. So I was assuming little worried

I just remembered u said it's 2 inches. Nvm that dumb question. I'm bad with inches tho. Man I'm sad genics are my favourite.

Was eating well. Hasn't taken anything in awhile tho. That's why I'm hoping there's a molt soon

Hopefully it outmolts this state. Be sure to collect it and check the sex! I am pretty curious.

I hope so too. Every molt Misha has given me they've shredded that area. But we'll see what happens

I took one right after she molted. But it was hard to stretch that part without destroying it.
