Is this normal in a T ?

hi.
my 2 inches T A. avic sling =SPIDER PIG= is having an interesting behavior.
when i have the heat light on she (hopefully ) stands closest to the heat spot and when i turn the light off it starts to web
it reminds me of the karate kid movies lol... light on (wax on) light off (wax off)
is it normal?

my room temp is 20ºc but sometimes get down o 17ºc.... i turn the heat lamp for about 8-10 hours a day...
the winter is going to end in a month and a half...and then the i'm not going to need the heat lamp....i guess

Or you could use a fan heater, to bring up the ambient temperature. I use that, no heat pads at all.
