Is this mold in my Zoo Med Cork Round?

Hi so I looked inside my Cork Round in my Terraium and saw white speckles in it. It goes along towards the back. Is it mold? Or is it just how the Cork looks. Or is it maybe just some discoloration?

Can't tell for sure. Can you take the cork bark out and snap a picture under normal lighting?

Just found out it is just some different coloration.

cork bark will mold... if you dont have enough ventilation, and keep a high humidity species.. Just a heads up.

Well, I am allowing better ventilation now. Before I had saran wrap over 75% of the screen top. No I have it between 50% and 40%. I'll keep an eye on it. I made sure it wasn't mold since it was so easy to scrape off.
