is it normal for a t in pre molt to sit in one spot for days at a time

Yes, preparing for a molt takes alot of energy/resources so T's will generally act pretty lethargic before an upcoming molt.

well I have a GBB sling that I believe is in pre-molt and she hasn't moved from one spot In about a week so think it is normal
