Hi. I’ve got 3 spiderling Sri Lankan Ornamental’s in an enclosure. Two have recently molted out but the third as been on his back all day. The other two molted in their web but this one is on the substrate at the bottom of the enclosure. Any ideas?

I once had Brachypelma Hamorii I rescued from Pet Smart that ate great, seemed to be doing well, and flipped over to molt but never turned back over in a timely fashion! Time I intervened he/she was all but gone! Doubt there was probably anything I could've done. Since returning to the hobby I have lost a couple spiders right or shortly thereafter a molt! That Hamorii was over 3" DLS . One thing I wish I had done different was not have waited so long and maybe have tried dribbling a little water around the mouth. If it's been all day you can try this just to see what kind of response you get. I do know in my Hamorii's case I felt I waited too long to try if that helps any. I wish you and your T the very best.
