I'm with new2tarantulas, Jamie's Tarantulas is a great site. Only thing is, I've never seen Cobalts there.

TBreeders.com is a good site. Actually stopped by there and got to look at all he has and his setup. I buy all of my T's from him. He will also help you with situations with your T's and answer any questions you have.
