I have been told that mesh lids are bad, so I have been trying to find something else to replace it and apparently where I live sucks, because all I can find are more mesh lids or I buy a whole new terrarium, but all we have here are exo terrarium with either mesh again or all glass with what seems to have very little ventilation. Anybody got some home made tips, or something else that could work? My T doesn't really climb anyways but I don't want to risk it. She is a g.Rosea
P.s I am considering on changing some things in her enclosure, I feel she may have too much, she doesn't use anything but her little "bed" behind her driftwood, just thinking it may be too cluttered inside.

Here is a pic of the top

Ugh, I can't get the pic to load..but anyway, you could try the large plastic enclosures people make out of storage containers. I don't like not having a clear view, but I've made a few and they really are perfect in every other way..you can drill or burn holes to make perfect ventilation, they hold moisture well for the spiders that need it, you can get them with four clasps on the lid..if they were clearer I wouldn't buy anything else. The truth is they block shadows from passing over the spider and making it nervous..the hiders tend to come out and about more in these enclosures, judging from my obts..of course when I open the lid, zip, they're gone in their holes..

Alright thanks! I'll have to wait till she is done molting first, she also has created quite a bit of webbing and now I'll feel bad for destroying it all lol, lately she just sits around in 1 spot and has dug it out a bit and put webbing to kind of close herself in, but I feel once her molt is done she may go out and venture again, hate to come home to a leg stuck in a wire hole
